About the Project

Starting in 2021, Holly Mazur Productions worked with the St. Paul & District Arts Foundation to help build their “Digital Capacity” through several grants: Alberta Foundation for the Arts Organizational Activation Grant and Canada Council’s Digital Generator Grant.

Expanding “Digital Capacity” meant working to expand the organization’s overall digital presence, literacy and effectiveness of digital tools (for example: website, registration, internal communications).

We created several tools, including the creation of a Digital Strategy to help new hires, students and board members get up to speed on the organization’s digital resources, along with an organizational audit creating recommendations for improving digital capacity in the future.

This video below was created in addition to this initiative to be a helpful tool in communicating their vision, goals and offerings, to help when partnering with partners, sponsors, neighbouring communities, and grant organizations.
