About the Project

Since 2015, I have worked as a Mentor with Amplify St. Albert. Amplify St. Albert is a youth-led initiative supported by the City of St. Albert that helps foster arts and arts programming for local youth. Part of this program has been to help youth create music and poetry videos with the hope of giving them a professional demo piece to help them grow as artists. This program partnered myself with teams of young emerging musicians or poets, with youth interested in filmmaking. I would then help facilitate the creation of a music or poetry video and helped the participants walk through the technical aspects of filmmaking. To date, this program has created over 25 videos for youth artists.
